Like many hospitality businesses, The Fountain Inn recognised the importance of having a strong digital presence — especially during and after lockdown, when staying connected with customers online became more essential than ever. The brief was to give the existing website a fresh new look, improve usability, and support ongoing marketing through social media and email campaigns.

The redesigned website was launched in time for Fountain Fest, the pub's popular summer music festival, and has received fantastic feedback from regulars and new visitors alike. Most recently, the site has been updated to include event ticketing functionality, allowing customers to purchase tickets online and receive QR codes for seamless check-in at events. The website continues to be a hub for promoting Steak Nights, Quiz Nights, Accommodation and more — helping The Fountain Inn stay connected with their community, boost bookings, and streamline event planning.
